Karissa Fuller
Karissa is the oldest of five and grew up in a pastoral and missionary family, spending her early years living aboard a 90-foot missionary ship. Alongside her parents, she helped share the Gospel and deliver humanitarian aid to communities across the French Polynesian Islands, American Samoa, the Cook Islands, Tonga, and Maui. Those early experiences gave her a lifelong passion for serving others and sharing God’s love wherever she goes.
Professionally, Karissa brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, specializing in global program management, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. She has led large-scale initiatives at companies including AWS and MongoDB, where her work has focused on empowering developers, fostering innovation, and building communities that connect people and purpose.
She’s also the founder of Moondog Studios, a small wellness brand creating all-natural products inspired by her faith, and passion for healthy, intentional living.
Karissa and her husband, Mike, live in Hauʻula, where they serve as Sunday School Directors at North Windward Baptist Church.
