About Jared
Aloha! My name is Jarred Zuehl. I am 23 years old, and live on the wonderful island of Kauai. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jamie for just over a year now and we are expecting our first in April of 2026! I consider myself very blessed to have been raised knowing Jesus as a personal friend. However, it wasn’t until after years of pursuing football at the high school level and eventually in a Division-1 program, that I realized how far I had walked away from Him in my adult years. My eyes were truly opened to see the weight that my sin carried, as well as my overwhelming need to fully surrender my life. With that I chose to walk away from my football career in the summer of 2023, and instead pursue a refreshed walk with Christ. FCA happened to be one of the ministries that had helped in spurring me on to walking in accordance with the word of God. I now have the honor and privilege of partnering with the Lord and FCA to do ministry amongst coaches and athletes. I am prayerful that this new position will allow me to witness Christ’s redeeming power invade the world of sports.
