About Shane
The Director reports to a Metro, Multi-Area, or State Director, or to a Regional Vice President, and provides supervision to interns, administrative personnel, ambassadors, representatives, and subordinate directors. This role is charged with advancing the ministry through prayer, strategic staffing, and effective funding across the lanes of Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, and International Advancement. In collaboration with regional leadership and local boards, the Director develops and executes a comprehensive ministry plan that upholds FCA’s mission, vision, and values. The Director ensures that all ministry activities follow a consistent, biblically grounded approach to discipleship and remain fully compliant with FCA policies and standards. The position requires strong spiritual leadership demonstrated through prayer, Scripture study, worship, and active involvement in a local church. The Director is further responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff and volunteers, as well as fostering productive relationships with donors and board members to support financial stability and growth. Additionally, the Director supports FCA’s international efforts by mobilizing prayer, financial contributions, and participation in global ministry initiatives.
