This leadership training will focus on 6 key tools for leading groups
6 Key Tools:
- Listening to and Obeying God
- Being an ALL-IN Teammate
- Sharing Your Story
- Leading a Simple and Dynamic Bible Study
- Creating an Empowering Culture
- Sharing the Gospel
Details of Leadership Training
- Each meeting is 1 hour and 15 minutes long
- 15 minutes: fellowship and updates
- 10 minutes: teaching
- 50 minutes: discussion and next steps
- College Leadership Training –– 5pm HST
- Coaches Leadership Training ––6:30pm HST
- High School Leadership Training –– 8:00pm HST
